The Purchasing Unit is responsible for the management and coordination of the acquisition of goods and services, including requisition processing, commodity code tracking, and bid specifications. Vendor Registration On MITN

DWMHA accepts quotations only when there is a current need. To be notified of current opportunities for those goods or services you must register with Michigan Intergovernmental Trade Network (MITN) at http:www.mitn.info. Registration on MITN is Free to obtain bid information. However, if you would like MITN to provide automatic notification of the Authority's contracting opportunities which are solicited through a simple quotation process (for contract that will not exceed $5,000) or Major contracting opportunities (contracts that will exceed $50,000) then there is an additional fee. MITN is currently being utilized by 110 governmental entities in the state of Michigan. If you decide to pay the additional yearly fee, you will be notified of ALL bid opportunities from all of the governmental entities.
 
Opportunities for Major Contracts (IFB/RFP/etc. Downloads)

To view current solicitations for major contracts (those contracts expected to exceed $50,000) you must register with MITN at http://www.mitn.info and download the Invitations for Bids (IFBs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).

All DWMHA procurement of goods and services are governed by the Procurement Policy and the Procurement Ethic’s Policy

DWMHA requires certain forms to be completed and submitted with quotes, bids and proposals. These forms may be completed online then printed for submission, or they may be printed and completed manually. The forms are as follows:
